The Reserve is a community of 400 homes in the Town of New Windsor, NY and is conveniently located less than five minutes from the Salisbury Mills-Cornwall NJTransit train to Penn Station. Interstates 84 & 87 are only fifteen minutes away and the community itself is located less than fifty-four miles from the George Washington Bridge.
The Reserve sits adjacent to the Mount Airy Sports Complex which features a playground and variety of fields for sports. Nearby parks offer playgrounds, ball fields, tennis courts, hockey rinks and picnic pavilions.
The first homes built in The Reserve were constructed in 2001 and new homes are still being built in 2008. There are eleven models to choose from at The Reserve ranging in size from 1,928 sq.ft. to 2,842 sq.ft. with a few custom homes exceeding 3,000 sq.ft. All homes come with desirable standard features like public water and sewer, natural gas cooking and energy efficient gas forced warm air heating. Although many homes sit on about a quarter of an acre there are a few homes with lots three to four times larger than the average. Resale homes are priced from the mid $400s.
