About The Builder
The developer of The Greens of Woodbury has 20 years of experience building communities from New York to Florida. All excavation and on-site work is completed by the builder and not contracted out to third parties to ensure the quality of their finished home. In addition to new homes, the developer also works with homeowners to do custom expansions of their current homes.
The developer is keen on building “green” homes with the use of geothermal heating/cooling and five star energy systems with solar panels.
